Missions Team Vision Statement:

The ACC Missions Team’s Vision is to support, equip and send Christian missionaries to serve our local & cross-cultural neighbors in order to fulfill Christ’s command:  Matt:  28:16-20 & Acts 1:8. 

These are the ways we will implement the vision statement:

• Assisting the elders & board in making decisions about missions-related matters.
• Supporting ACC missionaries through prayer, encouragement, allocating missions funds, and any other practical way.
• Keeping the ACC family up to date about our missionaries & their work and needs.
• Organizing fundraisers and other activities to help the ACC congregation be involved in and learn more about missions.

Why a Mission of the Month?

You may ask why we feature a “Mission of the Month” in our newsletter “The Apple Press”.  First, following our ACC acronym, we hope to “Adore the Lord” by loving our neighbor as ourselves.  What better way to show our love than to share His Word and Salvation! 

Second, we hope to “Connect with His people”, by increasing our knowledge of missions, actively praying for our missionaries, adopting missionaries and providing encouragement. 

Third, we hope to “Contribute to His project”, by monetarily, physically, and spiritually supporting our missions.
