What is the Care Net?

The C.A.R.E. Net is a tool we use to provide 1 on 1 care and support to those connected with ACC. Each of our elders are responsible for a "branch" or "leg" of the network.

Contact - the first and obvious starting point in this fellowship-oversight program. Examples - phone calls, emails, cards, coffee dates, etc.

Attention - These contacts have a defined purpose. From the leader's point of view, it is to attend to the folks of ACC; to listen to what's happening in their lives.

Response - Leaders, increasingly aware of the "heartbeat" of ACC, will prayerfully act to put into place those things that will better serve each person, the congregation and the community.

Encouragement - An important goal of this program is to lift each of us to a "higher ground" as we live out our walk with Christ.
